丹皮酚对人舌癌Tca8113细胞增殖的影响

摘要：

目的探讨丹皮酚(paeonol)对人舌癌TCA8113细胞生物学行为的影响。方法用MTT法检测不同浓度的丹皮酚对TCA8113细胞增殖的抑制的作用;用ELISA实验检测细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)蛋白的表达水平。结果 MTT实验表明丹皮酚对TCA8113细胞的增殖有抑制作用,并随浓度增加抑制作用增强;ELISA实验提示丹皮酚抑制TCA8113细胞分泌VEGF蛋白。结论丹皮酚可以抑制TCA8113细胞增殖,抑制VEGF蛋白的分泌。
