摘要：

新生血管与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移关系密切，控制血管形成是抑制肿瘤生长和治疗肿瘤的重要途径。本文主要介绍了肿瘤新生血管的产生机制即新生血管开关的平衡假说、有关新生血管诱生剂的信号传导以及受体、配体在血管形成中的作用。
