重塑贫困认知:主观贫困研究框架及其对当前中国反贫困的启示

摘要：

国内外学界对于贫困认定视角出现了由"客观"而定到"主观"自定的拓展,对贫困内涵的认知历经了由单维的收入贫困到多维的福利贫困的变迁,这两种趋势的重叠造就了主观贫困概念的出现。仔细梳理其概念、理论以及相关学者研究成果发现:以主观贫困线和主观福利贫困为主要研究内容的主观贫困研究框架重塑了人们对贫困传统的认知,这种框架不仅具有工具性价值,而且本身也具备内在性价值。主观贫困研究对于新时期中国反贫困政策具有深刻的价值启示。
