This grticle introduces in detial the styles and machines of modified atmosphere packaging at home and abroad. The arbicle consider that the domestic packaging machines such as chamber vacuum packaging machine, thermoforming packaging machine etc. could be used for modified etmosphere packaging if it is fitted with gas mixer and gas filling adapter.
