<正>1968年,Wiltse等[1]首次提出经多裂肌与最长肌之间的间隙到达关节突和横突,实现腰椎后外侧的植骨融合,临床上称这一手术入路为"Wiltse入路"或"椎旁肌间隙入路"。经过近半个世纪的发展,目前该手术入路在临床上应用非常广泛,与传统的后正中入路比较,能够更容易到达关节突关节外侧和横突根部,已用于后路腰椎融合(非融合)、胸腰椎骨折手术及椎
