摘要：

<正>脑卒中患者不仅会遗留有不同程度的残疾,严重限制其活动能力和生活自理能力。并且在这类患者中,复发性脑卒中和心肌梗死等血管事件的风险很大[1],从而严重影响了脑卒中的远期预后。这与脑卒中患者中血压升高,血脂及血糖代谢紊乱,高血凝状态等危险因素的普遍存在有密切关系。
