蝗总科5科蝗虫间RAPD带型变异的比较研究

摘要
采用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术 ,分析了蝗总科 5科 (斑翅蝗科、癞蝗科、锥头蝗科、槌角蝗科、网翅蝗科 )蝗虫间RAPD带型的变异 .带型显示科间多态性非常明显 ,带谱相似性很低 .利用Nei&Li相似系数和UPGMA聚类法对结果进行分析 ,所得系统树与传统观点分歧较大
