摘要：

自从在"新制度主义"辩论中成形为政治分析的一个传统,历史制度主义就稳步扩大其经验研究范围和完善其分析工具。本文详述了历史制度主义的起源和演变,特别强调其分析工具中所具有的时间性概念。文章先讨论历史制度主义与其他各种制度分析在演变中的关系,然后再介绍关键节点、路径依赖、交互并存和渐进变迁模式等时间性概念,最后界定了历史制度主义在分析、方法和经验研究上有成长潜力的领域。
