区域多元化对企业创新绩效的影响研究——基于中国上市公司的实证分析

摘要：

本文以中国上市公司为样本考察企业区域多元化对创新绩效的影响。研究发现,区域多元化与企业创新绩效呈正相关关系,且这一关系随扩张地的不同特征而发生变化。以实证研究结果为基础,本文通过探讨了区域多元化对于企业创新绩效的重要意义,对现有研究和管理实践做出贡献。
