急性脑梗死患者超敏C反应蛋白表达水平及临床意义研究

摘要
目的探讨急性脑梗死患者超敏C反应蛋白表达水平及临床意义。方法选择2015年1月至2016年1月浙江省台州市立医院收治的急性脑梗死患者60例为试验组。同期收集60例健康成人作为对照组。比较两组研究对象超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-10、白细胞(WBC)计数和美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)差异并分析其相关性。结果与对照组比较,试验组患者超敏C反应蛋白、IL-2水平、IL-4水平、WBC计数明显升高(P=0.000)。Pearson线性相关性分析显示急性脑梗死患者超敏C反应蛋白与IL-2、IL-4、WBC计数呈正相关(P<0.05)。轻型、中型和重型急性脑梗死患者超敏C反应蛋白水平分别为(3.29±0.37)、(3.71±0.50)、(4.14±0.46)mg/L,比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。多元线性回归分析显示IL-2、IL-4和NIHSS是影响急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的因素(P<0.05)。结论超敏C反应蛋白水平与急性脑梗死患者病情严重度相关。
