摘要
:
近年来,随着血管疾病增加,对功能动脉置换的需要也日益增加,小口径动脉如膝下动脉、冠状动脉,使用合成材料移植不像大口径动脉移植物那样有较高的成功率。目前,自身静脉仍是主要移植物。然而,由于血管疾病、截肢术或血管以前已被采集,许多病人无适合的血管可使用,组织工程血管的出现为解决这一问题带来了希望。
