用阻抗法和磁场流量法测定心搏出量的比较研究

摘要
心脏搏出量是血液动力学的一个重要指标。早在二十年代就有人从事这方面的研究,如经典的Fick氏法和染料稀释法等。由于这些方法给受试者均造成不同程度的创伤,且不能连续测定前后两次之间的搏出量变化,故在循环研究及临床应用方面有一定的局限性。嗣后,出现了一些非侵入性的测定方法,如心冲击图、超声心动图等,但因技术条件及重复性欠佳等原因,最终亦不能广泛应用于临床。 1966年Kubicek提出了用非侵入性阻抗法测定心搏出量和输出量。该方法是在脑电阻图和肢体阻抗血流量等基础上建立发展起来
