摘要
肥胖正成为全球范围内的慢性流行病。持续肥胖状态,可能引起泛素蛋白酶、自噬作用、瘦素、脂联素、白细胞介素6、白细胞介素10、肿瘤坏死因子α、生长激素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、糖皮质激素、高级糖化终产物和肌肉生长抑制素等分子介导信号通路发生改变,进而调节肌肉代谢,引发肌肉萎缩。
