液相芯片技术的原理与应用进展

摘要
液相芯片是20世纪90年代中期发展起来的被喻为后基因组时代的新型芯片技术,具有高通量、灵活、快速、准确、重复性好、操作简便等众多优点,可用作蛋白质和核酸等生物分子的高通量检测平台。本文简要介绍其原理、优点,并对该技术在基础研究、临床诊断等方面的应用进展作一综述。
