无针注射器数值模拟和工作特性分析

摘要
采用CFD Fluent软件对无针注射器的工作全过程进行数值模拟,得到了注射管内药液驱动压强和药液射流速度的变化规律。模拟了药液射流在空气中的演化过程,以及射流穿透皮肤,在皮肤层和皮下组织层扩散的全过程。数值结果与实验定性结果一致。
