摘要：

<正>急性胰腺炎（acute pancreatitis,AP）是一种常见的急腹症,以胰腺组织水肿、出血、坏死为主要特征,是一种潜在威胁生命的疾病[1-2]。大约15%30%的AP患者将会发展成为重症急性胰腺炎（severe acute pancreatitis,SAP）,SAP常并发不同程度的多器官功能衰竭,如急性呼吸衰竭、肾衰竭、心力衰竭与心律失常、消化道出血等,发生率高达14%25%[3]。目前SAP发病的病理生理学机制尚未完全阐明,但是四种已被公认的机制:1胰酶自身消化;2白细胞度激活所引发的细胞因子和炎症介质的瀑布反应[4];3胰腺微循环障
