摘要：

提出将前馈多层神经网络的全局优化表述作为启发式遗传搜索的问题．设计了遗传算法全局优化神经网络拓扑结构和网络权值的新的编码方案，并利用该方法求解了洪水预报问题，给出了实例预报结果
