摘要：

大强度、长时间运动训练导致机体免疫功能暂时抑制是运动生理学中的热点之一。有大量的学者对此进行了研究,然而还存在较大的争议。对运动性免疫抑制研究的起源、"开窗"理论的提出及可能的机制研究综述,有利于澄清认识。
