摘要
铜绿假单胞菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素产生耐药性的机制主要为产生β-内酰胺酶、主动外排系统、形成生物膜、膜的通透性降低。进行耐药酶表型和耐药酶基因的检测对防止耐药菌的产生及传播具有重要意义。本文就耐药机制及检测方法作简要综述。
