摘要：

胎儿脉冲血氧测定(fetal pulse oximetry,FPO)可提高产程中对胎儿健康状况评估的准确性。现有随机对照临床试验结果显示,它可以降低胎心宫缩监护(CTG)提示不确定胎儿情况的剖宫产率,但不会降低总体剖宫产率。
