摘要：

文献研究表明失眠的病因病机复杂,病因多为七情所伤、饮食失节、劳倦过度等,导致机体脏腑阴阳失调、气血失和,进而心神不宁;吴茱萸穴位贴敷涌泉穴治疗失眠症疗效确切,但究竟是哪种有效成分如何起到治疗失眠的机理有待进一步研究。
