<正>肩部平衡是青少年特发性脊柱侧凸（adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS）畸形评估的重要内容。有学者认为,肩部平衡、肩胛骨畸形及腰部不对称占整体畸形评估的75%,显著影响患者的自身满意度。由于肩部平衡与上胸弯的关系密切,正确处理上胸弯、合理选择融合上端椎至关重要。然而,AIS矫形术后肩部不平衡、甚至加重的情况时有发生,国内外报道其发生率约为16%38%[1～3]。深入认识AIS患者肩部
