摘要：

目的对藏红花酸的药物代谢动力学及药理作用研究进展进行综述,为其进一步研究提供参考。方法查阅国内外文献资料进行整理和归纳。结果藏红花酸具有抗肿瘤、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗高血压及治疗出血性休克、抗氧化、保肝利胆的作用,拟合药时曲线符合口服给药二室模型,主要经小肠吸收代谢。结论藏红花酸具有进一步开发的药用价值。
