双任务训练在脑卒中患者平衡功能康复中的应用

摘要
平衡功能障碍是脑卒中患者主要后遗症之一, 常规平衡康复训练多以单任务训练为主, 其治疗效果难以满足患者在生活中同时执行多项任务的需求。双任务训练是指同时执行两项涉及运动或认知任务的训练。本文旨在通过对双任务训练治疗脑卒中患者平衡障碍的相关研究进行综述, 探讨其可能作用机制。
