膝关节骨性关节炎外科治疗现状

摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是老年人最常见的关节疾病,其发病率随年龄的增长而增加。这不仅给医疗行业带来巨大压力,也增加了经济和社会负担。有效的治疗能使KOA症状得到极大缓解。但目前该病的发病机制尚不明确。因此,对KOA的治疗基于症状而非病因,包括无创保守治疗与有创外科治疗。然而,每一种外科治疗方法均有其适应证及局限性。近年来,随着医学技术的进步,有创外科技术治疗KOA得到快速发展。其中,人工智能和再生医学在外科技术方面取得巨大突破,未来其有望逆转膝关节软骨退变,治愈KOA。
