<正>宫颈机能不全(cervical incompetence)指在没有宫缩的情况下,子宫颈由于解剖或功能缺陷不能维持妊娠至足月。典型的临床表现为孕中期或孕晚期的早期宫颈无痛性扩张,伴有妊娠囊膨入阴道,随后不成熟胎儿娩出。宫颈机能不全是导致中晚期流产
