日粮中不同脂肪酸水平对鸡蛋胆固醇含量的影响

选用 200只达到产蛋高峰的新罗曼蛋鸡，研究日粮中不同脂肪酸含量对蛋黄中胆固醇含量的影响。结果表明，日粮中ω－ 6∶ω－ 3为 5（计算值）第 1组和第 2组的每克蛋黄中胆固醇的含量较正常日粮组成的第 4组降低了 9.1％和 9.7％（ P<0.05）。
