电老化聚乙烯的热激电流和热释光研究

摘要
聚乙烯(PE)样品在50kV/mm的交流电场下老化不同时间,用联合谱仪同时测量了老化样品的热激电流(TSC)和热释先(TL).测试结果显示:空间电荷随着老化时间的增加而增加.老化不仅增加了PE样品中y,β,a松驰区的陷阱和发光中心的浓度,而且也增加了β和a松驰区的陷阱深度.
