混合痔合并外痔发炎的PPH术治疗

摘要：

目的评价痔上黏膜环切术（ＰＰＨ）治疗混合痔合并炎性外痔的临床疗效。方法对１４例环状痔伴有外痔发炎水肿患者先剥离切除外痔血栓，再行标准ＰＰＨ手术。结果手术完成时外痔水肿明显减退，体积缩小。术后７２ｈ肛门无明显疼痛，排便后未见痔脱出，肛门水肿消失。结论混合痔合并炎性外痔者可作为ＰＰＨ的适应证。
