摘要
辅助性T细胞17(Th17)与调节性T细胞(Treg)是CD4+T细胞的新亚群,CD4+T细胞在转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的共同诱导下分化为Th17细胞,分泌IL-17和IL-6,参与炎性反应和自身免疫性疾病,在TGF-β单独诱导下则分化成Treg,分泌TGF-β并表达Foxp3,参与免疫调节。正常情况下Th17细胞与Treg保持动态平衡,在机体的炎性反应、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤和移植排斥等的发生发展中发挥重要作用,这种平衡的打破是很多炎性反应、自身免疫性疾病及肿瘤发病的一个关键因素。此文主要对Th17/Treg失衡与消化道肿瘤关系的研究进展作一综述。
