摘要
<正>细胞色素P450(CYPs)酶是一种多功能酶系,是生物体内参与内源性化合物(激素、脂肪酸)和外源性化合物(药物、前致癌物和前毒物)主要生物转化的酶系。CYPs为整个酶系中的末端氧化酶,不仅负责活化氧分子,同时负责与底物结合,并决定酶系底物的专一性,在整个酶系功能中起着尤为关键的作用。目前,大约有1000种已知的细胞色素P450,这些已知的细胞色素P450能够分成17个家族(如:
