己酮可可碱对内毒素血症大鼠心肌炎症的抑制作用

摘要：

目的　观察己酮可可碱 (PTX)对内毒素血症 (ETM)大鼠心肌内重要炎性介质 (TNF -α和IL - 1β)的产生及组织学方面的影响 ,借以探讨PTX对ETM心肌的保护作用。方法　随机将大鼠分为正常对照组、ETM模型组和PTX干预组。采用放射免疫分析法检测不同时间点血循环及心肌内TNF -α和IL - 1β水平。再通过病理形态学技术 ,观察心肌组织形态学改变。结果　无论是在血循环还是心肌内 ,PTX都可显著抑制TNF -α和IL - 1β的生成。从病理形态学方面也观察到 ,经PTX干预后 ,ETM大鼠心肌炎症反应明显减轻。结论　PTX可通过抑制血循环和心肌局部炎性介质的生成 ,达到对ETM心肌的保护作用
