摘要：

从作用靶点的角度,介绍近年来黄酮类化合物的抗肿瘤机制研究进展。黄酮类化合物是一类在植物中广泛分布并具有多种生物活性的天然产物,近年来有研究发现,其作用靶点包括周期依赖性激酶、硫氧还蛋白还原酶、基质金属蛋白酶及丝裂原激活的蛋白激酶等。
