摘要：

恶性肿瘤侵袭转移是一个复杂的病理过程,细胞基底膜和细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)降解是其侵袭转移及复发的关键。基质金属蛋白酶-13(matrix metalloproteinases-13,MMP-13)是基质金属蛋白酶超家族成员中胶原酶的一种,主要功能是分解ECM,并与人体多种生理和病理过程相关。本文结合近年来临床和基础研究的相关成果,从MMP-13相关的基础研究出发,就其与肿瘤侵袭转移的关系综述如下。
