胰腺中段切除术在胰腺外科中的应用研究

摘要：

目的评价胰腺中段切除在治疗胰腺颈部病变中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2000年11月至2012年1月接受手术治疗胰腺颈部肿瘤患者,总结其中行胰腺中段切除病例的临床资料,包括一般资料、手术方式、病理结果、术后并发症和预后等。结果共进行胰腺中段切除21例。手术方法为胰腺中段切除,近端胰腺残端封闭、远端行胰肠吻合。术后出现胰漏5例,腹腔出血2例,腹腔感染1例,死亡1例。平均随访时间48.9个月,术后出现继发性糖尿病1例。结论对于发生在胰腺颈部的良性和低度恶性肿瘤,中段切除术是理想的术式,能较好地保存胰腺功能,利于改善长期生存病例的生活质量。
