摘要
妒忌是员工经常出现的情绪之一。本文分析了员工妒忌及其类型,发现员工妒忌的产生受到个人和组织双重因素的影响;组织对员工妒忌的干预应根据不同类型做差别对待,即排除特质妒忌,引导良性妒忌,遏制恶意妒忌。
