<正> 教学科研机构应不断地改进教学内容和教学方式,这一原则已为高等院校所接受,并被明确地写进某些高校法规中。例如,联邦德国的各州都有这样的法律规定。教学结构与教学内容、教学方式必须适应不断变化的时代要求,这一道理在此毋庸赘述。引进新技术,应用现代化技术手段,合理地利用人力资源,推广科研成果和试点经验,所有这些因素都迫使我们必须不断地评价并改进各学科,特别是应用学科的教学方法。这一原则当然也适用于图书馆学教育。因为这个学科十分重视所学知识的实用价值。这主要是由于图书馆的任务总是在不断地变化,图书馆所处的社会及文化环境总是
