摘要：

复杂性区域疼痛综合征是一临床发生及发展过程复杂的慢性神经病理性疼痛综合征,突出特征是顽固性异常疼痛。其诊断主要依据临床症状,而治疗较为复杂,常需物理治疗、药物及介入性治疗等多学科多种技术联合应用。本文就近几年在其诊断及治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。
