摘要：

目的评价最新关键指标测量量表(NVS)汉化版的信效度。方法对源量表进行翻译和回译, 通过德尔菲专家咨询法和预调查对量表进行文化调适, 以451名中国居民为样本对量表进行信度和效度分析。结果汉化版NVS量表保留6道题目。汉化版NVS题目与总分之间的相关系数为0.50～0.71, 探索性因素分析提取2个因子, 累积解释方差61.51%。验证性因素分析拟合总体可以接受:比较拟合指数为0.96, 非标准拟合指数为0.92, 标准化的平方根为0.04, 近似误差均方根为0.077。Cronbach α系数为0.71, 重测信度为0.92。结论汉化版NVS量表具有良好的信效度, 可用于我国居民健康素养测试。
