:
双膦酸盐是一种广泛应用于医药领域的人工合成化合物,由于该类物质具有良好的趋骨性和高效的抑制骨吸收的功能,一直是药物化学工作者研究的热点。本文系统综述了近年来双膦酸盐类抗骨吸收药物的发展概况、构效关系、作用机理及应用方面的研究进展。
