摘要：

[目的]探讨安体优主要成分防治肿瘤复发和转移机理。[方法]体外细胞培养、RT鄄PCR方法研究安体优主要成分对PG细胞MMP2、TIMP2mRNA的影响。[结果]安体优体外对PG细胞MMP2mRNA转录影响不明显。安体优体外对PG细胞TIMP2mRNA的转录具有促进作用。安体优体外可以提高TIMP2/MMP2mRNA比率。[结论]安体优体外促进PG细胞TIMP2mRNA转录、提高TIMP2/MMP2mRNA比率为其防治肿瘤转移和复发的机理之一。
