肿瘤微环境内免疫耐受机制研究进展

摘要
近十多年来,肿瘤免疫治疗理论和体外研究均获得了显著的进展,但利用到患者体内效果却不明显,其主要原因之一就是体外研究体系与体内肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment)有极大的差异。对肿瘤微环境进行深入研究有可能彻底阐明肿瘤免疫耐受的产生机制并探索有效的免疫治疗方法,目前该领域进展较快,现做简要介绍。
