阿尔茨海默病患者Ghrelin水平及其与Toll样受体4信号通路的关系

摘要
目的探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者的Ghrelin水平及其与Toll样受体4(TLR4)信号通路的关系。方法选择AD患者和健康人群各60例分别作为AD组及对照组。比较两组外周血中Ghrelin水平、外周血单核细胞膜上TLR4阳性表达率及平均荧光强度(MFI)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分。分析AD病患者Ghrelin水平与TLR4阳性率及MFI、MoCA评分的相关性。结果 AD组的外周血Ghrelin水平及MoCA评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05),而TLR4阳性率、MFI均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。AD组患者外周血Ghrelin水平与TLR4阳性率及MFI均呈负相关(均P<0.05),而与MoCA评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AD患者的外周血Ghrelin水平下降,且认知功能损害越重Ghrelin水平越低,其或可通过抑制TLR4介导的信号通路减轻AD患者的免疫炎症反应。
