民营企业竞争力演化的主导能力实证研究

In this paper,we have an empirical study on evolutionary process of competency of non-state-owned enterprises.It is examined that the dominant capabilities underlying the competency varies in the stages of enterprise growth.It's suggested that the structure of capabilities are adjusted and varying dominant capabilities are cultivated by stages based on the practical conditions of enterprises in order to achieve sustainable development of themselves.
