实时咨询软件的评价标准是功能完备、使用方便和售后服务。主要功能包括文字交谈、网页发送、同步浏览、咨询日志管理和提问转发。文章重点评价了LSSI公司的VRT软件和OCLC的QuestionPoint,建议国内开发标准实时咨询软件和合作咨询网管理软件。
