糖代谢异常对心血管疾病影响的研究进展

摘要：

糖代谢异常与2型糖尿病变得越来越常见。已有证据表明,在发展成为糖尿病之前,糖代谢异常患者已经增加了发生心血管疾病的风险。因此,当在分配卫生服务资源时,预防与管理糖代谢异常和2型糖尿病应该放在优先的位置。现以回顾性对合并糖代谢异常的心血管疾病患者在检测、管理、治疗方面的文献信息,为了预防糖尿病前期进展为2型糖尿病,强调早期检测糖代谢异常的重要性。
