摘要
脑利钠肽(BNP)是一种利钠利尿、与水电解质平衡和维持血压稳定密切相关的生物活性多肽,不仅存在于周围组织中,也存在于中枢神经系统(CNS)内。蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑血管痉挛(CVS)患者BNP明显升高,急性颅脑外伤(ACI)时BNP显著降低,血浆BNP水平与病情的严重程度相关。BNP对CNS疾病的发生发展具有重要的影响,临床可用于CVS、ACI预后的判断及治疗的指导。
