精神分裂症患者伴随负变化临床研究

摘要：

本文报告了47例精神分裂症患者伴随负变化(CNV)的研究结果,发现患者CNV各项参数与有无听幻觉、妄想和情感淡漠等精神症状无明显关系。对其中24例患者还进行了CNV的随访研究,发现精神分裂症患者在治疗后CNV波型较治疗前稳定,波幅有所增高,潜伏期PINV时程明显缩短至正常值范围,认为CNV潜伏期PINV时程与患者临床症状的缓解程度是平行的,故提出潜伏期PINV时程可作为评定精神分裂症患者近期疗效的一项参考指标。
