摘要：

<正>人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与宫颈癌的关系已经得到证实。并且子宫颈癌的一级预防方法——预防性HPV疫苗已经研发成功,四价HPV疫苗(HPV-6,11,16,18)和二价HPV疫苗(HPV-16,18)分别于2006年和2007年在美国及澳大利亚获准上市,此后在世界上100多个国家均获得审批[1]。截至目前,数据显示HPV疫苗安全有效[2],HPV疫苗将有效降低子宫颈癌的疾病负担。在我国引进HPV疫苗前,调查人群对HPV及HPV
