<正>美国心脏病学会基金会(ACCF)和美国心脏协会(AHA)于2013年6月5日在美国心脏病学杂志(JACC)在线发表了最新心力衰竭指南[1]。与2009版指南[2]相比,该版指南在心力衰竭概念、编写结构、新的治疗推荐等方面都有许多新的变化,与2009版指南存在着显著不同。鉴于该版指南内容庞大,对新版指南的解读将分为上、下两期进行解读。本期主要针对指南最新变化和药物治疗进行解读,下一期将针对器械和外科治疗进行解读。
